About Associate, Digital Litigation Position

Kronenberger Rosenfield is seeking a Legal Technologist (AI & Automation) to join our digital law team. You will design and implement tools that automate legal workflows, enhance litigation support with AI-driven research, and streamline compliance monitoring across fast-growing digital industries. This role bridges law and technology, empowering attorneys to focus on strategy while you create systems that drive accuracy, efficiency, and client value. You’ll work directly with litigators, privacy experts, and IP specialists, shaping how our firm practices law in the digital era.

What you’ll do

  • Build and deploy automation tools for contract analysis, e-discovery, and compliance monitoring.
  • Integrate AI research assistants into daily casework, reducing manual review time and improving accuracy.
  • Collaborate with attorneys to translate legal processes into scalable, tech-enabled workflows.
  • Evaluate, implement, and optimize third-party legal tech platforms for firm-wide adoption.
  • Develop dashboards and reporting tools to surface insights from large volumes of digital evidence.
  • Lead internal workshops to train attorneys and staff on emerging AI tools and best practices.

What we’re looking for

  • 4+ years of experience in legal tech, AI systems, or process automation.
  • Strong background in tools like Relativity, Everlaw, or equivalent e-discovery platforms.
  • Proficiency in Python or JavaScript for automation scripts and API integrations.
  • Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and data infrastructure.
  • Understanding of digital law domains such as privacy, IP, or online advertising compliance.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to bridge technical and legal perspectives.
